How It Works

You must have downloaded the app on your phone to use these services. Register with a social media account, phone number, or email address.

So, if you require Roadside Assistance/Towing services, you can book one right away by connecting with the service providers and providing them with your contact and contact details, as well as making payment. The app notifies you once the service provider confirms the booking. You can track the tow truck driver's location and be notified when they arrive with the message "Tow Truck Driver Arrived." Upon completion, you are informed that 'Tow Truck Service Completed'

An invoice is generated on the tow truck driver's screen and shared with you containing the details of the tow truck service as well as the mode of payment selected. Following payment completion, the app asks you to leave feedback/ratings.
